- Sweet Potato Starch Noodles(Korean Vermicelli=Dangmyeon): 2 ounces
- Marinated Beef Strips: 2 ounces
- 4 Shitake Mushrooms, 5 Seafood Mushrooms
- Spinach: 2 ounces
- 3 Bell Peppers
- Carrot(small): 1/2
- Onion(small): 1/2
- 2 Green Onions
- Minced Garlic: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons (1 or 2 more as needed)
- Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons (1 or 2 more as needed)
- Sesame Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds(toasted): 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper
- Salt (for boiling spinach)
Recipe(만드는 법)
1. Slice all the vegetables thinly(not too~ thin) except spinach.
2. Dip the spinach in the boiling water for about 10 seconds and drain the water out. Rinse it in cold water and squeeze it out.
3. Add the vermicelli noodles into the boiling water and boil them about 10 minutes. Drain the water out and rinse them in cold water to cool down.
4. Add some vegetable oil to the skillet and stir-fry garlic and marinated beef then all the sliced vegetables. Then put the noodles into it and mix them altogether. Cut the noodles 4 or 5 times.
5. Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds and ground black pepper as needed(depending how sweet or salty you want) to it.
6. Serve it on a plate or a large bowl.
